Day 1 – 10 November 2025
Depart Belfast for your flight to Delhi.
Day 2 - 11 November 2025
Arrive at Delhi International Airport. Meet our local guide and transfer to our 4* hotel. Overnight at Delhi. Dinner included tonight.
Day 3 - 12 November 2025
In the morning explore Old Delhi visiting historical sites. Take a cycle rickshaw ride through the back streets of Old Delhi to get a firsthand experience of the hustle and bustle of the ancient city Chandni Chowk & Red Fort. Later proceed to visit New Delhi landmarks like India Gate; a War Memorial Arch, Rashtrapati Bhawan- the President’s Residence, bypassing the Parliament House the Government headquarters and other Government buildings located in the heart of New Delhi. Conclude your day at Qutub Minar; one of the most important landmarks of Delhi. Dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant. Overnight at Delhi.
Day 4 - 13 November 2025
Travel to Agra home to India's most famous landmark -the Taj Mahal. A poem of white marble, the Taj is described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love.
On arrival check into the hotel. Later enjoy visiting the Agra Fort - Built by the famed Mughal emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, the fort is predominantly of red sandstone.
The vast halls echo the voices of a bygone era and transport the visitor back through the passage of time. Continue your visit to the India’s most iconic landmark, the Taj Mahal , a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The epitome of love, standing majestically built in the 17th Century on the banks of the river Yamuna by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in loving memory of his queen. Dinner will be served at inhouse restaurant. Stay overnight in Agra.
Day 5 – 14 November 2025
After breakfast travel to Ranthambhore National Park; enroute visit Chand Baori – one of the largest stepwells in India. The stepwell features 3,500 narrow steps arranged in perfect symmetry, descending 13 stories to a depth of about 100 feet. It was designed to conserve water and provide a cool retreat from the intense desert heat. Check in at hotel in Ranthambhore for two-night stay. Dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant.
Day 6 - 15 November 2025
Wake up early in the morning and prepare for the first game drive at 6:00 – 9:30 am. Enjoy the national park travelling in jeep with an estimated area of 400sq Km of this amazing reserve. The park is dotted with steep rocky hills and the dominating architecture of Ranthambhore Fort (built in the 10th century), adds to its landscape. The rugged park terrain alternates between dry deciduous forest, open grassy meadow, dotted by several lakes
and rivers that are only made passable by rough roads built and maintained by the Forest Service. The tiger is not the only attraction at Ranthambhore although it is the one park resident that people come to see.
A variety of birds including Owlets, the ubiquitous Langur (monkey), Leopard, Caracal, Hyena, Jackal, Jungle Cat, marsh Crocodiles, Wild Boar, Bears and various species of Deer are the other attractions. Return to the hotel approximately around 9:30 am and have your breakfast. Later in the afternoon we have another game drive. Return to your accommodation with evening at leisure.
Day 7 - 16 November 2025
After breakfast checkout from your accommodation and travel to Jaipur, the first planned city of India, is a treasure-trove of culture, art and history, famous for its colour, lifestyle and Rajasthani cuisine. It is a city exuding royal heritage and extravagant richness. Check in to hotel in Jaipur. Later in the evening proceed to a local family’s house where you will learn the art of Indian cooking.
Enjoy dinner with the family before returning to your accommodation
Day 8 - 17 November 2025
Today we embark on the city tour of Jaipur which includes visit to the Amber Fort excursion, the ancient capital of Rajasthan and the majestic palace complex, City Palace Museum which boasts to have some of the priceless handwritten Hindu scriptures of the ancient past. Enroute photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) & finish your day with a visit to Jantar Mantar- one of the famed observatories.
Dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant, stay overnight in Jaipur.
Day 9 - 18 November 2025
Morning at leisure, later transfer to Jaipur train station to board your train to Udaipur; often called the "City of Lakes". Udaipur is a picturesque city in the Indian state of Rajasthan, known for its scenic beauty, rich history, and royal heritage. On arrival check in to hotel. Dinner will be served on board. Stay overnight in Udaipur.
Day 10 - 19 November 2025
Enjoy a guided tour visiting City Palace and its complex. The City Palace boasts a wonderful blend of Medieval, European and Chinese Architecture and has various towers, domes, and arches, which add to the flavour of this heritage site. Later visit Jagdish Temple, dating back to 1651 AD, it is an exquisite example of Indo-Aryan architecture. Visit Shalion Ki Bari means Garden of Maids. Later enjoy a Boat ride (shared) on Lake Pichola, an artificial freshwater lake, created in the year 1362 AD, and named after the nearby Picholi village. Rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy your dinner organised in lake side restaurant.
Day 20 - 20 November 2025
This morning after breakfast embark on a 30-minute drive from Udaipur to a nearby Bhil village nestled in the scenic Aravalli Mountain range. Upon arrival, we interact with the local tribal community, the Bhils, observing their traditional way of life as they continue to live in huts. We learn about their daily routines, which primarily revolve around construction and agriculture. Our visit includes a stop at the village school, offering insight into the local education system. As we walk through the village, we head toward the farming area, where we gain firsthand experience of how seasonal crops are cultivated. The walk concludes at the edge of the farmland, wrapping up a culturally rich and immersive experience. Later return to your accommodation with rest of the day at leisure. Stay overnight in Udaipur.
Day 12- 21 November 2025
Transfer to Udaipur airport to board your flight to Delhi. Transfer to hotel and check in. Evening free to enjoy Delhi.

Mid morning departure from Delhi airport to arrive at Belfast in the evening
