Depart Belfast at 7am and arrive in Krakow at 10.45am. Take a short transfer to the Wyspianski Hotel in Krakow where you will stay for 3 nights.

FRIDAY 8 NOVEMBER 2019
Breakfast at hotel. Today is free to explore the city of Krakow. The hotel is located within proximity to the Cloth Hall, main market square and Wawel Castle.
This afternoon you can visit Schindler’s Factory. (Optional Tour)
Evening at leisure.
SATURDAY 9 NOVEMBER
After breakfast we depart Krakow for Auschwitz & Birkenau. Each year millions of visitors from around the work walk through the gates of Auschwitz, one of the best-known concentrations camps in the world and living monuments of those that died in the Holocaust. Auschwitz is a haunting site of genocide where approximately 1.5 million people were killed during WWII's Holocaust. Today, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it poignantly commemorates the lives of those who died within its walls and fences and is a must-visit for all.
This evening dinner has been arranged at your hotel. (Included)
SUNDAY 10 NOVEMBER
Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast take a morning tour to the Salt Mines (Optional) or do some late minute visits or shopping in Krakow.
Depart Krakow for Airport around 4pm. Flight departs 7.00pm and Arrives in Belfast International 9.20pm

Schindler's Factory Guided Tour - £25
The former Oskar Schindler's Enamel Factory nowadays houses a permanent exhibition entitled 'Krakow under Nazi Occupation 1939 - 1945', which is one of the most interesting and important exhibitions to visit when in Krakow.
The exhibition presents documentary photographs, eyewitness accounts, film documentaries and multimedia shows combined in order to create a chronological vision of Krakow's history. Don't miss the best historical museum in Poland.

Guided Tour of Wieliczka Salt Mine - £35
The Salt Mine experience is mind-blowing. This is one of the oldest salt mines in Europe's with Carvings and fabulous figures, monuments and altarpieces such as the Chapel of St Kinga which has earned Wieliczka a place on the UNESCO world Cultural Heritage list.
Your guided tour takes you from 210 to 440 feet (approx 64 to 135 meters) down, passing through galleries and chambers where traces of mining activity have been preserved. Along the way you will also see many examples of sacred art and themed compositions relating to the histroy of the mine and legends.
One of the undoubted highlights is the spectacular Chapel of the Blessed Kinga - a huge, underground church where everything, from the chandeliers to the altarpieces, have been chiselled out of salt!
Also don't miss the world's largest mining heritage museum with a collection encompassing unique pieces of mining equipment reflecting the development of mining techniques from the Middle Ages until today.

Please note, there are 800 steps to climb in the Salt Mine, of which, 350 are at the beginning to take you down into the mine. Although this walk is not overly strenuous it should be considered when booking this tour.
The Salt Mine tour requires lots of walking and climbing stairs and isn't suitable for those with mobility issues.
